| Description: | CR England, the nation's largest refrigerated trucking company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to assist the Recruiting Manager with the in house recruitment process in order to achieve headcount requirements as driven by business needs. |
| Duties: | The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for:
Maintaining and updating job descriptions for every position within CR England
Pre-screeing applications/resumes and making recommendations in accordance with the positions available
Conducting selected telephone prescreens, post interviews, exit interviews, and reference checks
Serve as the primary contact for applicants seeking information about their status and/or hiring managers seeking status of open positions
Prepare all offer letters and create the new hire packet that goes with the offer letter
Create effective job postings; post all job listings on company's website as well as external job boards
Update and maintain applicant tracking system
Schedule interviews with potential candidates

| Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will have:
Previous recruiting experience is a MUST!
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication, including pleasant demeanor
Ability to be a team player, including constant interaction will all levels of management
Proven ability to organize own work load
Computer experience using Microsoft Suite
