| Description: | CR England, one of the nation's largest trucking companies, is looking for a few highly motivated recruiters to work with our Driving School. The recruiter is to clear or deny all applicants by verifying all information provided on the students application and work with Safety Compliance to approve drivers for hire. |
| Duties: | The primary duties are:
Process, clear, or deny all applicants applying for a driving career with CR England.
Answer any questions the applicant may have regarding the training school and employment opportunities.
In order to accomplish this the recruiter will do all employment, reference, criminal checks, and MVR reports.
Plus any additional duties as assigned.
During the clearing process communication with the applicant is key to the success of the position. |
| Qualifications: | The right candidate will:
Be highly motivated, and have excellent customer service and Sales skills.
This is a fast paced environment so heavy phone and computer skills are a must.
Call Center experience is helpful in being successful in this position
Microsoft Office Suite experience required AS400 is a plus
