| Description: | C.R.England, one of the nation's largest trucking companies is looking for a training coordinator to manage new student drivers as they are being trained over the road with Driver Trainers.
Training Coordinators teach drivers every chance they get, they educate through written QualComm messages, phone calls through the Training Check Calls, and by resolving issues with personality conflicts, helping make driving lifestyle adjustments, resolve driver payroll issues, etc.
As driver trainers are qualified as certified instructors to successfully teach new students to drive, but the process must be closely monitored, and supervised by qualified coordinators. Training Coordinators are an integral part of the Safe Driving Department and are required to perform at the highest level of professionalism. |
| Duties: | Apprentice Performance Tracking/Measuring
Lifestyle Adjustment Instruction
Apprentice/Instructor Supervision
Communicating Safety Risks and Operational Requirements
Performing Apprentice Check Calls
Assisting with payroll issues
Interface with Support Operations |
| Qualifications: | Class A CDL with OTR Experience is a plus but not a must
Requires good communication and organizational skills
Accelerated computer knowledge
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Proactive work ethic
Team Player
Require excellent independent judgment |
