| Description: | CR England, Inc., a 90-year leader in global transportation, is interested in hiring an Integrated Sales Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve strengthening our entire sales process from prospecting to closing. This sales leader will manage our outside sales force, implement upgrades to our CRM suite, train and mentor our inside sales group and work to integrate our core trucking components with our rapidly growing non asset and supply chain management capacity. |
| Qualifications: | The qualified candidate will have a proven history of quality in transportation sales. Additionally, the right candidate will demonstrate an integrative sales philosophy, which will help lead subordinates, peers and other stakeholders with sales culture improvements and growth.
Proven sales leadership experience and success
BA/BS required
Proven CRM utilization and understanding
Experience with sales technology and other related tools
Understands Hoovers, PIERS and other databases
Ability to lead and manage all aspects of the sales process
Ability to ensure outside sales representatives maintain an active pipeline
Skilled in document, content, information and knowledge management (ensuring we accurately capture and document our sales activities)
Skilled in telephone sales and solicitation
Can train new or inexperienced sales staff
A desire to work with groups outside of direct management control; mentor and train inside sales staff, mentor stakeholders on advancements in sales process and technology, train leaders throughout the organization on integrative sales techniques and customer relationship management
Ability to communicate well with operations and customer service leaders and staff
