| Description: | CR England, the nation's largest refrigerated trucking company, is looking for an HR Generalist to assist in the administering of policies and procedures in several functional areas throughout the company. |
| Duties: | The HR Generalist will coordinate training of all CRE staff/management in company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with the communication and implementation of organizational policies, and ensure the policies are met while complying with all labor laws.
Act as a resource for employee issues/concerns, escalating as necessary including Employee Relations matters and investigations |
| Qualifications: | This position requires a high level of confidentiality and tact as to act as a liaison with employees and management.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
BA or BS in Human Resources or PHR/SPHR or equivalent, relevant job experience (5 years)
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to
communicate sensitive and confidential matters effectively to all levels
Knowledge of current State and Federal Wage, Employment Laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
