| Description: | CR England’s Burns Harbor Indiana Facility has an opening for a range instructor.
Prospective trainers are taught how to teach what it takes to be a successful CR England driver.

| Duties: | Position Purpose Teach entry level backing and pre-trip to new drivers.
Responsibilities Make sure students learn the skills necessary to pass a CDL test.
Metric Accountability CDL pass rates for student graduates.
|
| Qualifications: | Minimum Requirements: Class A CDL, Three years recent OTR tractor/trailer experience, and Excellent safety and communication skills.
Must meet all the criteria of a Experienced Driver by Driver Recruiting.
Must have great people skills. Willingness to learn a new skill. Professional appearance demeanor and behavior.
