| Description: | CR England, one of the nation's largest refrigerated trucking companies, is looking for an experienced Java Developer to develop and maintain Java based web applications. |
| Duties: | Primary responsibilities include all or a combination of the following:
Java Application Design and Development
Meet with client business users and IT staff
Analyze and evaluate IT projects
Develop project plans and strategy
Build new and enhance existing software applications
Assist in developing training and support process, as needed |
| Qualifications: | Required Technical Experience:
5+ years designing/building software applications
3+years Hands-on Java experience
Proven track record accomplishing organizational goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem solving
J2EE, Hibernate, Spring,Flex, JSP, ANT, Maven
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor of Science, Information Technology or Computer Science
Technical Certifications
Apache Tomcat
DB2, SQL server
Search Engine Optimization
OOD/OOP skills and experience applying modern design patterns
Knowledge relational database design
Technical Certifications
Agile, (Scrum, Crystal, eXtreme Programming-XP) experience
