| Description: | CR England, one of the nation's largest refrigerated trucking companies is looking for a Sr. Driving School Recruiter to make contact with driver applicants and sell the CR England driving school program.
The primary duty of this position is to hire driving students that meet the hiring qualifications, to make or exceed the company's hiring goals.
This will be accomplished by:
Contacting and recruiting drivers, via the telephone, email or mail
Monitoring telephone calls to assure efficient telephone application procedure
Answering all questions about the benefits and opportunities that come with being a CR England driver
Monitoring the processing of all applications to assure that contact is made in a timely manner
Selling the advantages of attending the driving school and becoming a driver
Acting as a backup for the background investigator to insure all applicants are being processed and hired in a timely manner
During the clearing process communication with the applicant and investigator is key to the success of the position.
Shift will be Sat-Wed 8am-5pm |

| Qualifications: | The right candidate will:
Be highly motivated, and have excellent customer service and Sales skills.
This is a fast paced environment so heavy phone and computer skills are a must.
Call Center experience is helpful in being successful in this position
Microsoft Office Suite experience required AS400 is a plus
